These fascinating, secretive raptors often go unnoticed due to their nocturnal habits.  Let’s shine some light on what we know about them.  We will discuss the eight most common species in Pennsylvania.

Bird Walks

For all ages. No previous experience required. Join the experienced bird specialist from Wild Birds Unlimited on a nature hike in one of the Susquehanna Valley’s beautiful parks.  You will be guided on a fun and educational walk of bird observation – learn about correct binocular use, how to identify local species, and interesting facts about our birds.  Meet at the site – we will provide directions
